3 Steps to Achieve Passive Incomes

Dear Readers

A lot of people still dont understand what is passive income. Passive income is income from a source that doesn’t require any active work to generate income, though it may require a lot of work to get it started. For example, if you own a self-managed property that returns rental income to you, that’s passive income. If you write a book, then the royalties from that book are passive income. If you create a website, income from ads on that site are passive income.

The point is that if you can accumulate enough passive income to match your primary income, it becomes your primary income. This is a way to gain financial freedom from being under the thumb of an employer.

So i have come out with steps by steps how you going to do it. Remember, it takes time to build passive income. There is no FREE lunch in the world. You got to work smart. :)

Step 1: Start spend less than you spent. If you’re spending everything you make each month, there’s nothing left over to invest into earning passive income.

Step 2: Look for passive income vehicle to ride on. Meaning spend sometime focus your vehicle and work on it. It is confirm every vehicles got it own barriers/obstacles that stress you out. But if you never clear this path, you will never go to step 3.

Step 3: Once you focus correctly, you will eventually achieve somthing on it. Once you reach this stage, you can repeat step 2 and focus one vehicle one by one. In no time, you will achieve financial freedom very soon.

Baby Hiccups

Dear Readers

My very 1st baby Damien was born. :) The 1st problem we are worry now is after feeding, Damien having the 1st hiccup. So i go internet to search what is actually the issue. So i decide to share the article here in case you like me, very nervous and exicted. :)

During the first few months you can be sure that your baby will hiccup at regular intervals, particularly when he/she gets excited or just after a feed. This is quite normal and is nothing to be unduly alarmed about. Hiccups are just one of the many normal behaviours and reflexes that are common for newborn babies that parents (particularly first time parents) need to be aware of and get used to. In fact, chances are that the mother even felt the baby hiccup from time to time while still in the womb. Indeed, studies have revealed that hiccups can start as early as the 6th week after actual conception!

The exact reasons for newborn babies suffering hiccups more so than other, older, infants is not generally agreed upon by the medical profession, but undoubtedly much has to do with the relative immaturity of your baby’s internal organs. As your baby develops and matures, so too will the hiccupping reduce in intensity and frequency.

There isn’t a lot you can do to stop the hiccups in a newborn baby. Certainly the old wives-tale solutions for adults (such as standing on your head, breathing into a paper bag, getting a scare etc.,) should not be tried on your infant. In fact, probably the only thing you can do is to patiently wait the hiccups out and try to comfort or distract your baby while the hiccups persist. Frequent burping during feeding may decrease the instances of hiccups, but once they start there is very little that you can do.

Hiccups can last for anything from a minute or so right up to half an hour or an hour at a time but they do not harm your baby in any way. You may find however that as your baby gets older, he/she will tend to get frustrated during periods of hiccupping. By this stage however your baby should be easier to distract and keep occupied and hopefully this in turn will make it possible for you to help your baby stop hiccupping once he/she starts.

Remember, at the end of the day it is only really the parents who get bothered by baby’s hiccups. They don’t bother your baby at all (in fact he/she probably wonders why everyone doesn’t hiccup!), so the only things you need to give your baby each time hiccups develop are a little bit of patience.

Steps to Successful Results

Dear Readers

It been long time i havent update any post here. Sorry for your waiting.

I going to share with you steps to achieve successful results in life. You can try it. :) These guidelines will help you & you will be amazed at how much more you can accomplish.

1. Make every day highly productive.

Determine that you’re going to achieve one objective above everything else. If you accomplish even one worthwhile thing each, you’ll be inspired to keep moving ahead…. a series of successful days make a highly productive year!

Achievement begins with a definite, written plan for each day’s work. Be strict with yourself on this one. It’s vital to your best progress.

After planning your day, start working right away with passion, excitement and determination. Put forth your very best. If some part of your work seems dull and boring, remind yourself of why you set out to achieve this objective for the day in first place. Put more heart and purpose into it, and you’ll be surprised at the satisfaction and motivation that’ll pop up!

2. Make the most of your opportunities each day.

Whatever you do, always expect success. Make the most of your best talents.

There are opportunities all around you! Look for them. Grab them and hold on tight! Keep your eyes fixed upon one purpose, and remember that perseverance will carry you far beyond your immediate goals. It usually will bring you even greater success than you anticipate.

Don’t wait for you best working mood… create it. Determination is one of the great secrets of achievement. Apply yourself wholeheartedly to a task for one hour. You’ll accomplish more than you will from several hours of aimless effort. Get used to doing one thing at a time and to do it thoroughly.

3. Appreciate the privilege of work.

You can’t afford to take things easy while climbing the ladder of success. Don’t back up because difficulty comes knocking at your door. Move ahead. Don’t be scared of a little work. Work is the medicine of the soul. It’s more than that - it’s your very life. Perseverance is another secret to success. It helps you to accomplish your goals and gives you a great feeling knowing that you can do it.

You don’t need extraordinary abilities for the highest success. In most instances successful folks rise to the top by making the most of ordinary talents and opportunities. A person of average ability inspired by hard work and determination will outstrip a genius who doesn’t know where he’s headed.

4. Be courageous!

You’ll be confronted by difficulties and discouragements. But decide to be strong and focused at all times. Make yourself do the difficult things. Get them out of the way first. Your courage and motivation will grow.

5. Develop extra energy reserves.

Store up energy for future use. Now, you may wonder how you can store up what you don’t have, but you’re better equipped than you think.

At the next sign of mental or physical laziness or inclination to give up because of a challenge, try the following exercise: Stand up straight, breathe deeply, rise on your toes, and stretch your arms toward the ceiling. Repeat this several time with gusto. Shake out the lazies, and then get back your work with renewed energy.

Change of work is restful and revs up your brain power. People don’t often break down from overwork but from lack of organization and knowledge.

Work during all the hours of the day. Try to make every moment count. Put your whole strength and best effort into the work of the moment.

Also, make time for leisure outside of your regular business hours. Free time is actually most enjoyable when there’s plenty of hard work before and after it. Really!

Take action on these steps, and you’ll find your days filled with great joy and effectiveness. Thank you Peter for sharing this article. :)

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension)

Dear Readers

Today i going to share with you the term hypertension also known as high blood pressure.

Blood pressure is the result of two forces: from the heart as it pumps blood into the arteries and throughout the circulatory system, and the force of the arteries as they resist blood flow.

Elevated blood pressure is harmful to the body because it causes the heart to work harder than normal, leaving both the heart and arteries more prone to injury. High blood pressure also increases the risk of heart attack, stroke, damage to the eyes, kidney failure, atherosclerosis and congestive heart failure. High blood pressure combined with other risks, such as obesity, smoking, high blood cholesterol or diabetes greatly increases the risk for heart attack or stroke.

When high blood pressure persists without treatment, the heart must work harder to pump enough blood and oxygen to the body's organs and tissues. When the heart is over-worked for extended periods of time, the heart tends to enlarge and weaken. Arteries also suffer from elevated blood pressure, becoming scarred, hardened and less elastic over time.

“The Silent Killer”

High blood pressure is often termed the Silent Killer because it usually has no symptoms. Many people have high blood pressure for many years without knowing about it. The only way to find out if your blood pressure is elevated is to have your blood pressure checked.

Blood Pressure Readings

When you have your blood pressure taken, what do the numbers mean? The higher number, or systolic pressure, represents the pressure exerted when the heart is beating. The lower number, or diastolic pressure, represents the pressure exerted when the heart is at rest between beats. The systolic pressure is always stated first. For example, a blood pressure reading of 120 over 80 (120/80) would mean that your systolic pressure is 122 mm Hg and your diastolic pressure is 80 mm Hg. (Blood pressure is measured in millimeters of mercury, or mm Hg).

Recommendations

High blood pressure (hypertension) is defined as an adult having a systolic pressure of 140 mm Hg or higher and/or a diastolic pressure of 90 mm Hg or higher.

Blood Pressure Systolic Diastolic
Optimal Less than 120 Less than 80
Normal Less than 130 Less than 85
High Normal 130 – 139 85 – 89
Hypertension 140 or higher 90 or higher

Causes of High Blood Pressure

The cause of high blood pressure is largely unknown, although there are certain risk factors that increase an individuals chance for developing high blood pressure:

- Heredity
- Race (African Americans are more likely to develop high blood pressure)
- Males (men have a greater chance of developing high blood pressure than women until age 55. However, at over the age of 75, women are more likely to develop high blood pressure than men).
- Sodium sensitivity (salt)
- Obesity and overweight
- Heavy alcohol consumption
- Sedentary lifestyle
- Diabetics or individuals with gout or kidney disease
- Heredity (individuals whose parents had/have high blood pressure are more at risk)
- Age (the older people get, the more prone to high blood pressure)
- Some medications (always tell your doctor about every medication you are taking – some medications increase blood pressure, others may interfere with the effectiveness of antihypertensive drugs)

Treating High Blood Pressure

If you have high blood pressure, there is a great deal you can do to reduce it. You and your doctor can determine the most effective treatment for you. Treatment may include a low-fat, low-salt diet, losing weight, quitting smoking, reducing alcohol intake, and getting more exercise. In addition, many medications can be used to reduce and control your high blood pressure. With effective monitoring and treatment, you can help control your blood pressure and reduce your risk of stroke, kidney and heart failure and heart attack.

How To Get Healthy For Free

Dear Readers

Recently i had subscribed website eHow.com. Is a very good website where a lot of writers like to share their How To. Here is one of the article from Caroline Schley. How to get healthy for free? Isn't it what a lot of people want it? So here we go...

They are simply 8 steps to follow.

Step 1: Join the library

Join your local library to connect to a great health and fitness resource. Check out low-fat cookbooks and copy your favorite recipes. Browse through the exercise books and fitness magazines to collect training tips. Spin through the video/DVD section to see if your library has any fitness DVDs that you can borrow.

Many libraries have games available; take home a game of Pictionary, Twister or Cranium and burn some calories after dinner instead of vegging out in front of the TV. Check out craft books to pick up a hobby that keeps idle, snacking hands busy, like sewing, knitting or origami. Your library also may have a community board full of people interested in starting walking groups, committing to bike trips, taking garden tours or wanting to volunteer in the community. It's a surefire way to fit in a little (free) exercise while getting to know your neighbors.

Step 2: Floss

Flossing every day may help keep your blood pressure down and your heart healthy. Scientists from Columbia University published a study in medical periodical Circulation in 2005 that found a correlation between patients who suffered from gum disease and oral plaque build up and patients with increased carotid artery wall thickness.

The researchers concluded this might mean that people who have gum disease are at greater risk of developing atherosclerosis and heart disease. Negate your risk and stay healthy with studious, daily brushing and flossing.

Step 3: Take a hike

You don't need to sign up for an expensive gym in order to get fit this year. You don't even need to buy any home equipment. Good, old-fashioned push-ups and sit-ups accompanied by a walking or jogging plan will keep you in great shape all year round.

Start with three sets of 10 standard push-ups and 100 sit-ups followed by 20 minutes of walking or running. Complete the routine three to four times a week. You can vary the muscle groups you target in push-ups by moving your legs away from or toward each other. Sit-ups can target different muscle groups depending on how they are performed - check out additional tips in fitness magazines at the library.

Step 4: Write it down

Record your daily exercise and food intake in a journal or logbook. Note duration of exercise, long-term exercise goals, how long you took to eat each meal and what your emotional state was before eating. Within a few days you will have pegged down how what time of day you are most likely to exercise and identify some of your emotional eating triggers. You can use this information to help evolve your health and fitness habits.

Step 5: Surf the Internet

Heed the call of technology. There are tons of fitness resources available on the Web, from healthy food coupons to free, online calorie counters and exercise routines. Check out coupons.com, livestrong.com, self.com and shape.com to get started. Also, you can join a meetup.com exercise group in your neighborhood.

You can also check out fun, free and physically active events in your neighborhood such as discounted ticket days at your local museums or Samba classes at a neighborhood Latin restaurant. Sign up for emails from urbandaddy.com or dailycandy.com if you live in a major metropolitan area; otherwise start by checking out your local newspaper's online events calendar.

Step 6: Make over your medicine cabinet

Survey the contents of your medicine cabinet. Too often bathroom shelves become a storage center for out-of-date prescriptions and old make-up. Prescriptions have active ingredients that lose effectiveness and change chemical composition over time, so paying close attention to expiration dates is a must. Once medicine expires it should be discarded immediately.

Old make-up and dirty make-up brushes harbor bacteria that can cause acne and skin infections. Eye and lip pencils should be kept sharpened and replaced every two to three years. Make-up brushes should be cleaned weekly with warm, soapy water. Start today as part of the new-you, healthy routine and you will notice a difference in your complexion within a month.

Step 7: Deal with stress

Resolve to talk to your partner about a troublesome relationship problem and it just may help you lose 5 pounds. Emotional stress can cause weight gain, depression and high blood pressure. Don't let constant worry gnaw away at an otherwise healthy lifestyle. Each day write down problems in your life that cause you stress and spend 5-10 minutes brainstorming solutions. You will be amazed how fast life's little troubles start to disappear.

Step 8: Clean the house

Vacuuming, dusting and laundering may seem like a drag sometimes but a clean house is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Too much dust around the house can irritate allergies, making you sluggish and adverse to exercise. Unlaundered clothes, towels and bed sheets provide a breeding ground for immunity-weakening bacteria in your home.

Once a week set aside one hour to dust, vacuum and run sheets and towels through the washing machine. Don't forget to vacuum or wipe down furniture.

Our Digestive System

Dear Readers

Recently i find out my digestive system is not very good. Stomach dont feel well at different times. So i went to search info and found this article. I decide to share with you all. :)

The digestive system aids in digestion of the food we consume in our daily lives. Imagine how bloated your stomach would be if all those food you eat have been occupying your stomach for years without being digested!

That is how important the system is. In digestion, the food that we guzzle will enter the small intestine and be broken down into smaller substances that will transform into nutrients circling our body. Some of the food will be left undigested, but that does not mean it will be stored in our stomach forever. The undigested food will enter the large intestine, be removed from our body system and convert to waste.

At times, our digestive systems may encounter some setbacks while carrying out the process of digestion. One of them is constipation. When someone faces constipation, he or she is not able to excrete the unwanted waste from the stomach easily, leaving the undigested food to be kept in the stomach for too long. This can affect digestion of other food intakes that are continuously entering your stomach, and can even result in tummy aches.

Another setback is diarrhea, a problem of wanting to remove the waste too frequently. This can be caused by the irregularity in the duration of the digestion process. In other words, the digestion of food takes place too fast.
We need to make certain that our digestive system is digesting our food and removing undigested waste in a timely manner, and make sure the system is constantly in a healthy state. We can take control of all that by taking note of the points below:

Incorporate a healthy diet. Eat more body building food like fish, meat, eggs, nuts and beans to build up your muscles in the digestive system. You should also not neglect food like rice and fatty food to provide the energy you need. Most importantly, consume more fruits and vegetables! This group of food contains fibre that aids in digestion and prevents constipation.

Eat at regular basis. Do not skip meals as your digestive system may become ineffective. At the same time, do not consume too much food in a day as that will cause congestion in your digestive system.

Remember to eat your breakfast because breakfast is the key meal that gets your digestive system working well.

Eat your meals with a smile. Scientifically, being happy when eating can contribute to the well being of your digestive system. When you feel upset while taking your meals, the acid in your stomach will develop in your small intestines, which can cause clogging in the intestine and even lead to wounds. Anyway, why should you not be grinning from ear to ear when you are eating?

Always count on food that can be easily digested like fruits and vegetables, and soft textured food.

Take good care of your digestive system, and remember that emotions play an integral part in the system too. So read these tips and keep your digestive systems functioning effectively to create a healthier you!

The Element to Success in Forex Trading

Dear Readers

Happy New Year to all of you. :) There are so many Forex products out there that it may be hard for you to see what’s the best one for you. From automatic systems, to manual, software and even signal services. Today one of my friends trading forex, going to share with us his experiences of new element to success in Forex trading.

So, how do you know the best product for you?

Choosing a Forex product relies on two important factors:

• It depends on your own personality.

• It depends on your own time schedule.

Let us clarify each one of these aspects first.

Choosing the best Forex system for you depends on your own personality because we all have different tastes and opinions. We’re sure you know, for example, people who are more risk takers than others, people who are meticulous and perfectionists than others, people who are more open to learn different things and adapt easily to changes than others. All this things define the person who you are; what you like, what you prefer, the way you feel comfortable… In sum, they define you, your personality.

Before choosing a system, you need to ask yourself how you are, how you think you’d react to a sudden change, if you are able to adapt easily, and so on. All these are going to help you decide…

But for choosing the right product, you also need to be aware of your own time schedule. You need to make sure how much time a day, or a week, you have to dedicate to Forex. Don’t try to fool yourself here. The answer must be as honest as possible. For example, if you have a 9 – 5 job, and when you get home you need to take care of home things, you need to go walk the dog or if you regular visit, or receive visits from family and friends, this all diminish the time you have to dedicate to Forex. Please evaluate the time available with conscious.

And now you’re wondering how the hell will this all help you choose the best system for you. Well, it actually does…

As we stated above, there are many different Forex products that you can choose from: automatic systems, software, manual systems and even signal services.

Automatic systems are tailored for people who just don’t have any time available to dedicate to Forex. Since they do all the work for you, you usually only need to leave your computer on during the week, and don’t even worry about it.

Manual systems are suited for people who can spend at least 1-2 hours a day in front of their computer (notice that the exact time depends from one system to another). They may require some previous knowledge about Forex, but basically you’re in control of all your trades. You follow the system rules and make the trades by yourself. There may be the need for you to make some decisions on your own.

Forex software usually require you to fill them with some data manually and then placing the orders with your broker. Usually, they don’t require any previous experience in Forex. Forex software can be a good intermediate solution between automatic and manual systems. They don’t require so much time as the manual systems but you’ll be in control of your trades, what doesn’t happen with automatic systems.

Signal services vary a lot. While in some services you get the signals at a specific time of day, on others there’s no specific time. Although this services don’t require you a lot of time, but they require you to be in a computer with Internet connection so that when you get the signal you can place it with your broker.

Finding a good system that complements your own personality and time schedule, and sticking to it, will definitely help you be a good Forex trader.
